Effective Matching Systems for Local Type of Rice Feed Projects

Rice as a source of animal feed is expected to become not only new crop use compensate for the decline in rice demand human consumption but also fulfill domestically produced concentrated feed. This paper describes one such matching system and through case study Kyoto Coop's project called “Sakura Eggs”, illuminates which stakeholders play what function system, how they deal with changes fundamental operating conditions, including systems.
